We bring together our complete collection of healthy, full flavour, nourishing, lunch and dinner menu’s for every body - dine in, grab and go, or order online…get it straight from the kitchen!

We have been living these principles our whole life and over 10 years ago when LOVE FOOD was born, by us 2 sisters with big dreams and a passion for making real food.
Sure we all love our treats, but like everything in life…it’s about finding a better balance for you and your family.
And yes, there are a lot of buzz words thrown around these days when it comes to food - and ALOT of misleading hype - we prefer to just do it and make it and not talk so much about it….we just LOVE FOOD and the KITCHEN is our office.
